Essential fatty acids omega 3 and 6

A good balance of omega 3 and omega 6 are very important. It affects joint health, cardiovascular health, allergies, immunity, hormone balance, intelligence behavior, athletic performance, the nervous system and over a thousand other biological actions. The current feeding style continuously make us getting imbalance with these two nutrients. We are getting too much omega 6 and boosting inflammation, the root cause of most of the today's health issues. Getting enough flaxseed may increase conditions.
